Timothy Rosell has practiced law in his hometown of Hornell, New York since he was admitted to practice law in 1996.

Pulos and Rosell, LLP is conveniently located on intersection of State Route 36, State Route 21 and Main Street in Hornell, NY a brief half hour from both County Courts.
At Pulos and Rosell, LLP our firm handles Personal Injury, Car and Construction Accidents, Wills, Probate and Estates, Real Estate Closings, Divorce Law and Family Matters.
Office hours are most generally 8:30am to 4:30pm but other hours are available at the convenience of the client as well as locations.
Generally contingent fee cases do not have a consultation fee. Other cases are dependent on the type of the case. Family Court and Divorce Court cases do have an office conference fee of $200 per hour of conference time. Estate matters generally do not have a beginning consultation fee but again, if the matter is more complex there may be a fee, please ask if there are any concerns. Our office generally does NOT handle small claims matters without a previously established relationship.
