William Pulos practiced law for ten years as a solo practice attorney in his hometown of Alfred, New York in Allegany County. In 1992 Bill moved his practice to Timothy Rosell’s hometown of Hornell, New York (Steuben County). The law firm of Pulos & Rosell, LLP was formed in 1997, Hornell's only LLP.  The firm is one of very few partnerships in the Interstate 86 corridor between Corning and Olean, NY.  Both William and Timothy are graduates of Alfred University and both are married to elementary education teachers who received their Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Alfred University; both of whom teach together in the North Hornell elementary school.

Timothy was admitted to the New York bar in 1996. Shortly after, at the beginning of 1997, the law firm of Pulos & Rosell, LLP was formed.  In addition to housing two very experienced and accomplished attorneys together with an excellent support staff, our office is staffed with a New York State Licensed Workers’ Compensation Claimant’s Representative, Mrs. Ellen Slaght, NYS WCLR # 926.

We represent clients in western upstate New York in many areas of the law, including workers’ compensation claims, personal injury accidents, car accidents, construction accidents, wrongful death, divorce and family law, estate planning, estate and probate administration, guardianships, and real estate closings. In all cases, we take the time to explain to the client the potential advantages and pitfalls of the client's case. Our goal is to place the client in a better position when leaving our services than they were when they first sought our help. We have a friendly and knowledgeable staff sensitive to our clients needs.
