William Pulos practiced law for eleven years as a solo attorney in his hometown of Alfred, New York in Allegany County. In 1992 Bill moved his practice to Timothy Rosell’s hometown of Hornell, New York (Steuben County). The firm of Pulos & Rosell, LLP was formed in 1997. Both William and Timothy are graduates of Alfred University and both are married to elementary education teachers who received their Bachelors and Masters Degree from Alfred University.

Timothy was admitted to the New York bar in 1996. Shortly thereafter, at the beginning of 1997,Pulos & Rosell, LLP was formed, joining the lawyers in a limited liability law partnership. In addition to housing two very accomplished attorneys and an excellent support staff, our office is staffed with a Licensed Workers’ Compensation Claimant’s Representative.

We represent clients in western upstate New York in many areas of the law, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, divorce and family law, estate planning, estate administration, probate, guardianships, and real estate closings. In all cases, we take the time to explain to the client the potential advantages and pitfalls of the client's case.
