The law office was founded by William W. Pulos in 1982. For 15 years, Bill was a solo practitioner; 10 years in his hometown of Alfred, New York (Allegany County) and 5 years in Hornell, New York (Steuben County). Since 1992, the office has been located in Hornell, Tim's hometown.
Tim was admitted to the New York bar in 1996. Shortly thereafter in 1997, PULOS and ROSELL, LLP was formed, joining Bill and Tim in Steuben County's oldest law firm LLP (limited liability partnership). The office professional staff includes a NYS Licensed Workers' Compensation Claimant's Representative.
Both Attorneys are graduates of Alfred University. Both are married to elementary education teachers, each of whom received their Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Alfred University and both whom are elementary teachers in the North Hornell Elementary School.
