The office has been located in Tim's hometown of Hornell, NY (Steuben County) since Bill re-located his office to Hornell in 1992 from his hometown of Alfred, NY (Allegany County) where he practiced law solo for eleven years.

Tim was admitted to the New York bar in 1996.  Shortly thereafter,  PULOS and ROSELL, LLP. was formed at the beginning of 1997, joining Bill and Tim in a limited liability partnership for the purpose of practicing law. The office is staffed with a Licensed Workers' Compensation Claimant's Representative.

Both Attorneys are graduates of Alfred University and both are married to elementary education teachers who received their Masters and Bachelors Degree from Alfred University.
